Strong Towns San Diego is an informal community group advocating for fiscally responsible, people-centered urban development in the San Diego region. We can be reached at strongtownssandiego@gmail.com.
What Information We Collect

- Google Sign-In: When you log in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Event Registration: When you register for an event, we collect your name and email address.
- Contact and Newsletter Forms: When you submit our contact or newsletter forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, city council district, community organization, and areas of interest. These forms are powered by Fillout and data is stored in Airtable, each with their own privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information
- To manage your account and event registrations
- To send you information about events and activities (when email is enabled)
- To understand our community and improve our outreach
- We do not sell your data or use it for commercial purposes
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Neon — database
- Cloudinary — image storage
- Fillout — contact and newsletter forms
- Airtable — form data storage
- Google — authentication
We may in the future use additional service providers (such as email delivery services) as necessary to operate the site. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at strongtownssandiego@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
